Allow Font Size to Adjust with Computer Accessibility Settings
I'm a librarian with an eye convergence dysfunction (one which is considered a disability under the ADA) that requires me to use accessible font both on screens and in print. The font on the Polaris client does not adjust like the rest of the programs on my computer do to meet my needs, which does cause significant eye strain and migraines. I've found that while the font on leap does increase/zoom with my computer accessibility settings, leap doesn't have all the same functionality that the Polaris client does. I'd love for Clarivate to make the Polaris client so I can do my job without exacerbating my medical condition. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would benefit from an adjustable or larger font size on the Polaris client!

I see now that there is another Idea submitted that may be of help. "Make LEAP More VPAT Accessible!"

Why is this closed? We have staff using Leap that continue to ask if Innovative will be implementing any accessibility features because the staff struggles with the size of fonts. They say that changing the fonts in the browser or the computer doesn't always help.

Our development strategy is to move the functions from the staff client to Leap, where it is much easier to provide for changes in font size, screen readers and other accessibility tools.
The staff client is designed to increase the font size if your computer has the display magnification increased, but I know many users prefer not to change that because it can negatively impact other tools/software. Rather than requesting font size changes in the client, I would encourage logging requests for the workflows that you are missing from Leap so we can prioritize them accordingly.
