Add create date; last use date; and login Create Lists: Saved Search, Saved Sorts, Saved Lists, Saved Exports
In Create Lists the system saves the login and the date that the Review File was created. Please extend this feature to: Saved Search, Saved Sorts, Saved Lists, Saved Exports; to make annually cleaning these saved features easier.
Additionally add a last used date to create lists, and the above saved features to know if it is no longer in use.
Idea Value
At present I have to tell staff to add the date and their username in the title to system cleaning. This idea would save a great deal of time when it comes to purging unused saves in the system.

In a consortium setting, knowing who created the search, sort, etc. is critical to managing these functions well, especially if multiple jurisdictions are using the Scheduler.

Yes, please. This would make housekeeping so much easier!

We just need dates/users for all of these if we're going to manage the limited resources we have with Create Lists, especially for saved sorts, searches and exports. I routinely empty files that have dates of older than 7-8 weeks because all of our 40 libraries share those files and I know that some of the saved searches, sorts, and exports were created and saved one time and never used again. When there are potentially hundreds of staff members using Create Lists, we need a better way to manage all of it.

Saved searches are impossible to manage without asking all staff "do you still need this?" We have some from many years ago. It would be very useful to be able to tell when they were last used, and maybe when they were created.
Saved searches are very useful, but if the list gets very long then it's hard to find the one you want. It would be great to be able to search or or sort or limit (maybe that should be a separate idea).

This is critical. We have so many saved searches, sorts and exports and we have no idea if anyone is using them any more. I would love to be able to tell when they were last used and who is using them.

I can't tell you how many saved queries we have that all have a similar name or describe a similar function, but are in fact different. If I could sort by last used or who created, I could quickly see if something was created many years ago by someone no longer working here and no longer an active query and delete it.
