Add a new filter to the heading report to exclude suppressed records
Currently at the time of creating the header report it is possible to exclude records without CAT DATE. We request to add a new filter to the heading report from the fixed field "Bib Code 3" in order to exclude bibliographic records with the value pending validation (supressed records from webpac).

This is a good idea. It should apply to all BCODE3s set for suppression on the Rules for Suppression table in ASAA.

This would also be useful in situations where the final copy of an item has been withdrawn and the bib is suppressed. The act of suppressing the record causes it to show up on heading reports again. We keep bib records for a little while in case a replacement is ordered, but in many cases, staff time is wasted reviewing the record on the headings report shortly before it is deleted.
