    This is very important to libraries that have lockers. This is becoming a popular service and more libraries may add lockers in the future as it has become something the public is starting to expect.

    Patrons expect to find eContent working the same way as physical content in the catalog.

    While my library does not have lockers as a pickup location, there are member libraries that do, and others may consider it for the future. Patrons will expect it in the app.
