I use this feature in i-Tiva daily to confirm that the phone server is running smoothly, a lack of this in IPA is concerning.

The i-Tiva system is able to say the patron's name in the message, so this feature should be totally doable.

Not all holidays are applicable to a library/library district. For example we are closed for MLK day, but I doubt locations outside of the US are closed for it. In our example we are open on President's Day while most US locations are probably closed. Customized holiday schedule is a must.
