    Being able to note that items are damaged is helpful. Transitioning them to Withdrawn would make the process much easier for staff when it comes time to delete them.

    We are using LX Starter and these notices are not delivered to some email accounts. Patrons who received email notices through Polaris are no longer receiving notices. Giving them another option for notifications is critical.
