This has been an ongoing issue for at least a decade if not longer. The last ISBN listed in the 020 tags of a bibliographic record always populates the purchase order line item when the titles are moved from the record set which was created from a list/cart in a vendor website and then downloaded and imported into Polaris for purchasing purposes. I was told a very long time ago it was a bug in Polaris. You are less likely to come across this issue with newly published titles, however, if you are ordering additional copies of existing titles in your catalog, this occurs very frequently.
**Oops, looks like I already commented. Oh well, for good measure! :) For as long as we have used Polaris, there has been a "bug" where when moving titles from a record set into a purchase order, the last (bottom) ISBN (020) tag in the bibliographic record always populates the ISBN in the purchase order once moved. It may or may not give you a red exclamation next to it in the purchase order alerting you to fix it. It would be more helpful if this bug would be fixed and allow the ISBN you download and import into Polaris for ordering purposes to actually be the one that populates the title in the purchase order once it is moved from a record set.
