    The current game of chicken we are playing with AI influenced email categorization of spam in this situation makes it untenable. We need more control to rectify the reality of this situation that is otherwise out of our control and potentially compromising service to ALL patrons.

    Since our pilot launch of Vega in December we've received regular feedback through the feedback form that patrons want more details in the edition descriptions. This is critical information to assist patrons in selecting or locating a particular title or one that includes the elements that they are interested in having access to.
