I worked with a patron for quite some time and was unable to figure out how to remove the items from his list. Even though there was a trash can there, it was unclickable and I did not realize we needed to go back into the item itself to remove it. I wasn't able to help him and, in the end, had to send him to another staff member who struggled through the same steps we had before figuring it out. The current process seems cumbersome and makes the idea of using the lists much less appealing. A clear button to 'remove from list' or a working trash can button would make the process more intuitive and clear for patrons.
