    I think this is critical to solve, because it's a major disservice and inconvenience to patrons who want to request an item (and were able to do so before a lucky day/speed read/etc. type item is added to the record).

  2. When placing hold in Search/Holds function, after typing patron's name, include patron i (info) button to help verify account
