    We would be interested in these improvements, specifically if baked into this, Sierra is able to block staff from adding a claims return to a patron's account beyond a specified number that the consortium has determined is the max amount allowed.

    I think this is critical to solve, because it's a major disservice and inconvenience to patrons who want to request an item (and were able to do so before a lucky day/speed read/etc. type item is added to the record).

  3. When placing hold in Search/Holds function, after typing patron's name, include patron i (info) button to help verify account
