    This should be standard funtionality. Disappointing to see that this is not the case after years of requesting OAI-PMH functionality in Sierra

  2. Automate moving YTDCIRC to LYRCIRC at year-end and don't update last updated date.

    Agree, automatic would be great but allow the library to determine when it occurs and whether the figures are added to LYRCIRC or replaced. We run an alternating process of clearing and adding.
