Yes, please! We currently need to leave non-existing loan rules in place (because it was once used 10 years ago, but no longer needed) in order to maintain the integrity of the Loan Rule Table. Separating the loan rule number from the sequential order of loan rules would be a huge benefit, allowing a concise listing of active loan rules and greatly reducing the opportunity for error (e.g., accidental deletion of an unused loan rule, and thereby changing the entire Loan Rule Table structure following that entry).

This would be a *huge* help for us. As a consortium, we constantly ask folks to not Override. But as we have multiple items on the same bib. record, an override is required to renew if any one of those items is on hold. This also prevents our auto-renew from happening as well. It would be great if this could also allow the auto-renew to happen.

Yes, please! Having a date/time stamp would greatly improve the ability to ascertain whether or not the note/message is still relevant. Even though we require it, staff do not always remember to add this information. Having it automatically generated will enhance the process.

This would be a great service for our member libraries. Many times, a Missing item turns up in the stacks and it would be a huge help if staff could change that immediately with Mobile Worklists!

The normalization of zip codes is important to ensure accuracy in the patron record and in the cases where notices are still physically mailed (we have quite a few that are) to ensure that the notice gets delivered by the USPS. Staff typos happen, if we could prevent those from slipping through, our patron database would be more useful and efficient.

In a consortia, it is critical to be able to scope Mobile Worklist in the same way that Sierra is scoped. It is too easy for mistakes to be made when updating records when there are multiple (40+) libraries and their staff involved. We finally got this product only to find out we could not use it as intended.
