    Of the items listed in this suggestion, I would consider the ability to schedule start and end dates as a visibility condition as important.

    In addition to having Suggest a Purchase as option in discovery it can also notify the patron when the item is purchased (or not) and offer the patron the opportunity to place a hold when the item is added to the collection.
