Patrons are regularly missing the x to close out of the cookie notification, thinking that Polaris is inoperable. Having to click it every time when using a kiosk is also not ideal, as OPACs are incredibly common in libraries. Either making the cookie notice more obvious or disabling the notice's ability to lock down the entire site would help greatly.
