With over 500 users, I am being contacted daily by staff for password resets. While it is a quick process to reset the password, there is no automated email triggered to the user so I then have to email the user the temporary password. Seems like a lot of work outside the platform for user maintenance when it should be built in self service.

If only I could vote for all the staff who asked for this (at least 250). We have more than 20 locations and over 85 rooms. For larger library system, 95% of the time staff are never going to be searching every location or room. The staff user experience involves a lot of extra clicking and majority of our staff greatly dislike pre-selection.
