When using a library barcode on the staff side, we'd appreciate it filling in the phone number from the customer's record in addition to other fields.

Customize public bookings color on calendar
It would be helpful to choose the color of public bookings on the staff-side room calendar. Our color branding is determined by the city, so we have to comply with the brand kit when selecting event category colors.
It would be great to not only be able to update that color to match our branding, but also to choose a color that better contrasts with the colors we'd like to use for our categories.

When making an event with "sessions" there's a magic wand that can insert the dates - love it -- can this magic wand/list of sessions appear when going back in to edit?

Limit options for patron scheduling rooms
Our policy is that patrons may schedule a study room for 2-hours per day max. Currently there is no way to limit the number of room reservations a patron makes each day. We only have 3 rooms and are in high demand. To make it fair we limit to 2-hours, but if the room is not reserved we do allow staff to make extensions. We need Program to be flexible to limit study room reservations that differ from rooms used for library programs.

Option to indicate interest without registering
Programs like Facebook allow the user to indicate interest in an event without registering. Would be a nice feature to have in Program Registration. The library could gauge interest in a program that does not require registration for planning purposes. The patron could get the reminders about the event.

Add Check-In for Drop-In Programs
It would be extremely helpful if the check-in functionality could also be used for drop-in programs, not just registered events.
Many libraries offer a large number of drop-in programs where attendance is tracked manually. This would streamline attendance tracking, reduce staff workload, and improve the accuracy of participation statistics.

Waitlist Capacity Reached Notice for Staff
When staff are adding a customer to the waitlist, they do not know if the Waitlist Capacity has already been reached. Can you please add a warning/notice that staff have to acknowledge if they are adding a customer to a full waitlist?

When a booking is rejected, equipment requests associated with the booking should also be rejected.

We'd like to see a "Copy Booking" function that would allow us to create a new booking for a patron without having to start from scratch each time.

"and" boolean
Have the event category use an "and" boolean so we can check two boxes and only get results that apply to both categories. (Right now it's an "or" boolean, so we are getting everything for both.)

Calendar view should show canceled events
The calendar view should show some indications that events have been canceled. Right now that information is only visible on the list view.

Event Search: Filters
Please update the Filter Results search query in the Categories dropdown to be an "AND" search.
When searching for events on the public side, selecting different categories acts as an "OR" search and will return with results that fulfill one of the selected categories instead of all selected.
For example, users selecting categories "child," "storytime" & "craft" will not display events marked with all three of these specific categories. Instead, users may see adult crafts, toddler storytimes or child book clubs because it fulfills one of selected categories.

Calendar Text Color Control
Having the ability to color code event categories is great, but the feature needs to be expanded to have the ability to control the text color used on the calendar block. Due to WCAG accessibility guidelines, we need to be able to ensure proper contrast. Our brand guide stipulates what colors we should use, but most of our pallet is not certified as a background color for white text.

Change Staff Side UI
Please consider adding a group name on Room Reservations that is visible on the calendar. We frequently have attendees who only know the group name and it would be a big help. Someone told us this was already supported, but doing it that way would mean everyone registering would see the group name - not good for privacy. Instead, I changed the UI on the public side. The staff side doesn't look the same, making searching difficult.

Room selection setting changes
- Option to change default for room selection setting from "all " to "none"
- Make it "remember" previous selection from page to page for Staff and Public View—resets when one navigate aways from current page
- Currently all rooms are expanded by location. Change to nested by location.
