Cover Art Selection for Rollups
With multiple records rolling up into one, sometimes the featured cover art visible in Vega for the entire rollup of a title is less than ideal (the image is from record with the newest copyright/publishing date). The only way to remedy this (I've been in touch with Syndetics) is to falsify the original record with an incorrect 020 or remove the 020 completely. It would be nice if libraries could a) manually force an image skip (ie choose the next image available), b) add our own generic images, or c) manually remove the image completely from a record without tampering…

Make Message to Borrower field in Sierra visible in the patron's Vega account
This functionality is available in WebPAC and Encore and is a core feature of Sierra to the discover layer.
Please make this visible in the patron's Vega account for full parity, otherwise the Message to Borrower field

Change how guides layer over other elements
Sometimes, the guide buttons block other elements of Discover that pop out. It would be better if the guides were anchored to the base page but beneath these layers or made to disappear when something else is opened. Images of two examples.

Leverage Pendo to detect first time account logins to trigger "Guides" for a patron
We would want this to be based on the patron's account access (introduction) versus the browser cache by detecting first time access to an account. If Pendo is able to reach into the patron's account to detect first time login then triggering the guided tour at this time would be very beneficial! This would hopefully cut down on patron confusion and possibly missing the Guides button on the catalog screen.

Enable Vega Guides for Mobile View
We've noticed that Vega Guides only displays on specific resolution specs and seems to be disabled for mobile browsing. We've love a "mobile" verison of Guides that we could have presented to a patron when browsing Vega Discovery for the first time on their mobile device.
