1. Leverage Pendo to detect first time account logins to trigger "Guides" for a patron

   We would want this to be based on the patron's account access (introduction) versus the browser cache by detecting first time access to an account. If Pendo is able to reach into the patron's account to detect first time login then triggering the guided tour at this time would be very beneficial! This would hopefully cut down on patron confusion and possibly missing the Guides button on the catalog screen.

2. Enable Vega Guides for Mobile View

   We've noticed that Vega Guides only displays on specific resolution specs and seems to be disabled for mobile browsing. We've love a "mobile" verison of Guides that we could have presented to a patron when browsing Vega Discovery for the first time on their mobile device.
