Enable Block Duplicate Holds functionality in Inn-Reach
It would be extremely helpful if this feature from Millennium/Sierra could be ported to the Inn-Reach central server configuration as multiple holds on the same title for a single borrowing patron can cause issues with local servers.

Sierra API Integration with Rapido/Vega Discover
Our Database Administrator is itching to develop a new tool for handling patron suggestions, which would, in part poll not only our holdings for a suggested title/edition, but the catalogs of our resource sharing partners in SearchOhio & OhioLINK as well.
Knowing the availability of a suggested title not only in our own collection but those of our partner libraries would allow our Selectors to make their decisions on acquiring these items much faster.

Sierra API Integration with Rapido/Vega Discover
Our Database Administrator is itching to develop a new patron suggestion tool that would inform our Selectors of a requested title's availability not just within our own collection, but within the wider net of what's owned by our SearchOhio & OhioLINK partner libraries.
If our staff can see, without the need to spend time searching that a title/edition is already owned locally or in a partner system the next county over or wherever, this would speed up the decision making process around patron requests considerably.

Availability Display in Vega
As we continue with the relaunch of SearchOhio & OhioLINK on the new Rapido resource sharing tool & updated Vega discovery layer, we've come to understand that it's not currently possible to see the real time availability of a searched for item in the Vega catalog.
While possible to see real-time-availability in Rapido, access to which is limited to very few staff at each of the partner libraries, it is not currently possible in Vega, because RTA for every library can't currently be sent to the requesting page.
Making this available would be invaluable for those patrons who might see…

Limit Search to Specific Rapido Pod
We want to be able to limit a search in Rapido to a specific pod (e.g. SearchOhio). We just learned in a preparation session for our expected go-live of Monday that this is not currently possible. At the moment, we can also not request titles in Vega or see our pickup locations in either interface, so this is frustrating on many levels.

For consortiums: It would be helpful if the first five (5) digits of library barcodes for INN-Reach patron requests could coordinate with the codes used.
Polaris has an enhancement request available, according to our state ILL system, to allow for all (ILL) requests to be sent to and picked up from a patron’s home library only. Polaris can coordinate the RIDES codes (our state delivery company) and first five (5) digits of a library's barcode so that patron ILL requests will only be allowed to be sent to their home library for pick up. Add Support for Polaris Pickup Areas
Our organization would like to take advantage of Polaris's pickup areas and remove the pseudo-branch we've configured for our Hold Lockers, but Inn-Reach support for pickup areas would need to be available first. A non-insignificant number of our Inn-Reach requests are routed to our lockers and we don't want to take that option away from our patrons.
