Update fulfillments report site
Please update the INN-Reach fulfillments report website. The interface looks like it was designed in the mid-90s, the "user spec" feature doesn't work, and the text download isn't formatted to easily import into Excel.

Very hard to read if you already have bad vision. Title reports is way better, but currently broken.
