I agree. There's currently no place for patrons to track items that they have claimed returned, as there was in the PAC. At our system, we search for claim returned items for 60 days and charge a replacement charge for a lost item if we don't find it at any of our libraries. It's useful for our patrons to be able to track the status of items that they have claimed.

We'd like to be able to filter events by contact person, so people can pull up a list of their own programs to edit.

This is definitely still an issue. Deleted titles still show in the patrons' reading history in the Power PAC, but not in Vega Discover. We've received quite a few complaints, because our customers use it as a way to remember what titles they have already read.
