Claims/Lost Information
Claims/Lost information (as seen in the PAC) should probably be replicated in Vega patron accounts.

I agree. There's currently no place for patrons to track items that they have claimed returned, as there was in the PAC. At our system, we search for claim returned items for 60 days and charge a replacement charge for a lost item if we don't find it at any of our libraries. It's useful for our patrons to be able to track the status of items that they have claimed.

Claims Returned and Claims Never Had are the two that are the real issue as they don't appear at all on a patron's record in Vega while we perform the search. PAC has a specific Claimed and Lost section on the Patron Account menu.

What are you hoping to see? We don't have Claimed items set to display for patrons in our PAC, but to me the Lost information looks pretty similar between the Polaris PAC and Discover.
