Titles for Deleted Items in Reading History
In the public catalog, titles in your reading history will say “Resource is not available” if the record has been deleted. In Leap, you can still see the titles, but it will tell you the resource is not available when you click on it. It would be great if Vega Discover could be set up like the staff interface so customers could see what the titles are even after the records have been deleted.

We just released our Vega Discover interface to some power users last week before our general release and this issue has already been reported to us from multiple users.
It is especially frustrating because it seems for some of these titles, the bib record for the title still exists in the catalog (and therefore patrons should still be able to place holds if they wanted it again) but they cannot access the bib record because the specific item they checked out previously is gone. At least set this so it is a bib-level display in the reading history rather than item-level.

This "Resource is not available" shows for all our Inn-reach titles. Patrons request the feature to delete the temporary records frequently.

Agreed. This is important for customers that heavily use lists. Libraries may need the option to suppress those "Resource not available" if the title is not available.

Absolutely agree with this, it's very confusing for customers. We field many complaints about this
