Customers loved the ability in Encore to select titles and batch freeze or unfreeze those titles. They now have to individually freeze those titles.

Great idea! Our customers really find this an extra step. They have told us that they would prefer to see 2 options - cancel and freeze.

This is important to customers that want to manage their holds without relying on staff to add a "not need before" date. A similar idea is here for another product called "always be able to freeze a hold in catalogue": https://ideas.iii.com/forums/951745-ils-sierra/suggestions/47342099-always-be-able-to-freeze-a-hold-in-catalogue-s

This facet is also difficult to use because when formats are rolled up, the default format that is at a specific location is not highlighted. Customers have to manually check each format to see which one is at that location.

we are getting a lot of feedback about this, and in fact and to change our title of the author concept (resource) area to: "Other titles by this author/creator, including collaborations and retellings". As the hyperlink points to 1XX AND 7XX authors with many retellings, or collaborations have a number of titles that confuses customers.
There should be an option to searching for a title > and then select the author hyperlink to find the 1XX related titles.

This is incredibly important. Patrons want to manage their holds, and some libraries (like ours) allow for up to 100 holds. Sorting by title, author, date placed, frozen hold date, and where they are in the queue is needed.

We have also had many concerns from the public that they cannot see the 245|c in the result display. They do not want to view the resource record to determine that they are looking at the right record.

Overdrive issues appear, but our physical collection issue numbers do not. Customers are really unhappy about this. Customers say to us : How do they know which issue needs to be returned if the issue numbers are not displayed?

Absolutely - particularly when "classics" have modernized book jacket covers we would prefer to show.

We moved from Encore to Vega Discover and not having a method of exporting this data is actually a step back for us. Customers need this. The only way to export the titles is by printing via the browser and given that there only 1 display (with the cover art) it is not user-friendly to do so.

Customers should also be able to change or remove the suspended date. They should also be able to see that date in the holds list.
