An error occurred while saving the comment Elizabeth Wright commentedWhen we use "copy record" we would like all of the fields in the original record carried over, but would like to select which of those will appear blank.
For example - when we register a child, we copy the adult card. We need to include the following fields below in the child's record, but we want them to be blank fields. Right now, staff have to manually select each of these fields even though most are fairly common to a patron record.

This would be great - we often get feedback from customers who are surprised that when they unfreeze holds all of them come right away, even if their queue position was 35 or something.

We support any enhancements that provide more information to our customers about the status of their holds. This manages expectations. Especially for customers that use lockers (they may need to schedule special visits to that site).
