REQUEST: When you click on a subject heading that appears under "Topics" on a resource page to find other similar resources, it would be better for the results to display as a search results list so that you can further refine the list.
Staff often start with a particular title, then look for appropriate subjects to link to other relevant resources for a patron and they would like to be able to apply other filters (particularly Availability and Location but other facets would be useful too) to refine the list of resources.
Currently, when you click on a heading, you are presented with a list of resources but there is no way to quickly find the ones that are available. You have to click into each one to view its details and this can be very time consuming and frustrating.
The tiled book cover display is nice for an initial teaser view for the heading but once you've decided to click on the heading, you should be presented with a list that can be refined.

As a Vega User, I can easily locate the related topics for the work I am currently viewing and follow links to view related materials. 

Acceptance Criteria: 
Topics showcase content is moved to the top right of the work on the FRC and displays topic name descriptions as a list of links. 
Clicking a topic link takes the user to SEARCH RESULTS displaying all materials that have the selected topic. 
The Back button takes the user back to the previously viewed FRC
Users can refine the search results by applying additional filters as needed.
