    I like this idea if it was an added option. Keep the default with the list sorted by # records returned but offer a quick way to change the sort to alphabetical when viewing all Formats.

    This would be very helpful! We also occasionally find ourselves in the situation where we need to cancel and replace a hold for some reason (ie. it is attached to a missing item). If the hold is frozen, we don't currently have a way to freeze the new hold for them so we have to leave the frozen hold sitting on a copy that isn't available. Patron assist in Vega Discover has given us a workaround but it would be much better to have this workflow in Sierra.

    This would be so helpful! We have 71 loan rules. We try to name them in ways that make it clear what they are for but with loan period, audience, hold/renewal, etc. all being factors, it is complicated. We also have a number of rules no longer in use that it would be great to have notes on. Currently, I export these and save them in excel with an explanatory note every time I make a change but it would be so helpful to see some of that right in Sierra!
