    To echo Mieko's comment, having a more distinct indicator for in-house cards (book clubs, staff, etc.) would be great regarding the hold wrappers. Additionally, we have a home delivery branch that defaulted having much different font and orientation than our main branch and its visual distinctiveness has been a godsend. Being able to fine-tune that for at-a-glance work would be welcome.
