    It's already a bit confusing placing holds on serials or multivolume sets. Adding this extra layer for staff takes time, and patrons don't understand this limitation. Patrons just want the material.

    I support this idea. If Leap already has the images, then it ought to be easy to add the images to the PowerPAC and Vega. The patrons need the images as much as the staff do, if not more.

    I agree that this type of block would be very useful. This will help staff by blocking the action before it can even be done.
