An error occurred while saving the comment Phil Shirley commentedAll the time. What a pain. "I wonder how many records I'll get? Don't want to use up too big a list, trying to be considerate. Oh no -- this review file is too small. Grumble grumble." At least make it easier to deal with that situation, or the reverse one when I'm using a review file that's way too big and want to keep the results around for a few days so I want to move it to a smaller file.
Or -- crazy idea -- make all the review files of unlimited size, or make them size themselves dynamically when you do a search.
I always worry that less experienced users (or even I) will accidentally use a file that's too small and not notice.

An error occurred while saving the comment Phil Shirley commentedIt's reasonable to expect that someone might use a mix of mouse and keyboard -- I do it frequently, and if you do a lot of changes then it's something you learn to do to improve your efficiency. You shouldn't assume that people will do things only a certain way. This is especially important in Rapid Update, where the stakes are so high.

An error occurred while saving the comment Phil Shirley commentedWe have needed more than four categories for years. We have a lot of items that we say we limit that Sierra can't enforce because we have only four categories.

An error occurred while saving the comment Phil Shirley commentedIt would be helpful to be able to select a number of loan rules and make a single change to all of them. This would make it easier, and would ensure consistency.

An error occurred while saving the comment Phil Shirley commentedIt would be really useful to be able to automate this, to not have this depend on a Sierra administrator being at work on the first day of the year (and remembering to do it). Also, it would be useful to retain the last updated date and not have it changed by the YTD/LYCIRC process.

Almost every time that I use Create Lists to get a list of patrons, I want to click on each one and get the same view as if I had searched them in Checkout, like this idea requests.
