Knowing when our patrons use their cards is an important part of our patron retention. System functions like batch check in should not update the Circ Active field.

We would like to see impersonate be able to search for patrons immediately, so that patron registrations can be found by staff. Currently, this can not be done when the registration is done by staff on the staff page.
