If a patron's home library is not available as a pickup location, the default should be 'select a pick up location' not the first library alphabetically.
Our libraries can be over 2 hours away from each other, so it's really important that we're not sending books to locations where they'll never be picked up.

We're seeing this issue in our Kids Catalog, where the Take a Tour button covers the "Advanced Search" link. We'd really like these buttons not to overlay other important page elements, without having to add custom header code.
