This limitation of the new table is also preventing us from moving to the new set up. Our libraries would have to change so much in either their circulation policies or coding set up, and still not have the functionality the staff and patrons need and expect.

It is currently very difficult to find and manage the number of users we have, and we anticipate having more users in the future. We need to be able to effectively manage our users. It's very important that we can quickly and easily find a user and remove permissions when a staff member leaves a library.

Needing a separate entry for each ptype/itype combo really makes the table too large and unwieldy for us. Even with the export feature, the number of lines we need to add to make this set up work for all the libraries in our consortium is daunting. Allowing ranges, or lists, of Ptypes that share a limit would go a long way towards simiplifying the list and reducing errors.
