    As a workaround, you can use HTML to format an event description, but you need to be careful to close the tag.

    Issue: Adding a URL to an event description does not allow us to create descriptive hyperlinks.

    We will need to add URLs to the event description to link to EventBrite or other external registration systems for partner programs. The links need to be descriptive text that is hyperlinked, not URLs
