Despite having block-outs, locations right now need to set up holiday "events." The banner option is limited to the homepage and needs to be visible on ALL pages.

The current system is difficult for larger systems. Setting up individual event series with all holidays for that year can be complicated by reoccuring events. Because there is no "hierarchy" to the listings, it just shows as a conflict/does not cancel events booked on that date.
