    This really needs to be fixed. A solution is needed for patrons who are frustrated that they are not being notified by email when holds come in for them, even though they used to receive them fine.

    We are planning to add the item cost to overdue notice data so it can be included in overdue notices sent through LX Starter as of Sierra 6.7.


    Additional changes will be needed in LX Starter before the new data can be included on emails for overdue items.

    Adding the replacement cost of the item(s) with the overdue notice would be useful because it could incentivize the patron to return the item sooner or look for it harder.
