Adding a List View within the Bookmarks Tab
We recently received a request to add a list format option for the bookmarks tab. A patron stated that they wanted, "A list format option of looking at the titles with visible author, pub date, brief description as it was in the old catalog". This could be similar to our options when searching to switch from list to grid view.

This change would help make features in our catalog more accessible.

With potential changes added to the Bookmarks Tab, I would like to be able to hover over items I have bookmarked to see what list it is in. Same with being able to hover over the items within a list to get a call number or availability. It's just not user friendly the way it is set up currently.

Scrolling is annoying, so whatever we can do to minimize that would be helpful for all. In this case, this fix is especially important for those who need to enlarge the font to be able to read their screens.

Several of our older patrons are Large Print readers and need to set their screens to 150% in order to read content. The My Book List becomes difficult to see and navigate at that magnification.

Not only our older patrons would find this to be beneficial. We try to provide the best patron experience and this would certainly help.

Our library patrons are predominantly older. Having this upgrade will enhance the user experience and help our patrons manage the digital divide a little better.

Finding the My Bookshelf list is difficult to navigate when the browser window zoom is raised to the percentage required for her to read the content (150%). The Bookshelf drawer, when opened, uses a little more than half the screen, which at a high zoom reduces the card view to a single row. This requires a great deal of scrolling, and the list context is lost. Help those who need their screens larger than 100%!

It is an issue for patrons with visual impairments. I was speaking with a staffmember today who had worked with a patron who needs her screen set to 150% to be able to see content. At that zoom, with much of the screen still visually displaying the catalog at the top, she is able to see only 2 cards at a time, losing contextual value of a list view or scroll.

We need a list view that is easily printable!

I would like to see availability in the library in my bookmarked items. I have several different lists going, and to see availability without having to click multiple times will be a game changer. In addition, using the back button on the bookmark tab doesn't work very well. It loses the original place I was working from.

Since going live with Vega, many patrons have told us they would like a list form and improved sorting capabilities (title, author), etc. that doesn't break after on longer lists.
