   We have a critical need for this. We had to give permission to edit the item status, and they have figured out they can also change the Collection, etc. which we don't want them to do.

   We would like to have a setting similar to SirsiDynix Symphony that only allows renewals within a window such as 3 days before the due date. This stops abuse of renewals (for other policy reasons we renew from the due date so people can renew multiple times). This is probably something that needs to be done in Polaris and reflected inVega.

   This is a critical need for us - we have over 2 million items that must be updated when we make changes like this. This time, support said they could do it for us a courtesy, but i'm not looking forward to the next time!
