Make it possible to highlight and copy text from Dated Notes in patron account
The Dated Patron notes in Polaris 8.0 do not allow you to highlight the text for copying - the field is protected. Staff would like to be able to highlight and copy the entire note or specific parts of the note (like barcodes) in order to quickly and easily either re-create the note with changes (since it can't be edited) or do a search for a related item or patron recorded in the note.

As notes are not editable, if staff find an error they have to re-create the note and if it's on the long side they'd prefer to copy and paste it and make edits in the new note than try to re-type the whole note. The other use case - which comes up more often - is to highlight a specific part of the note like a barcode for searching. This would be in cases where a note is made because a patron returned an item with missing parts, or two patrons want their accounts to be associated but we need both to visit the library and provide consent so we make notes in their accounts with the other's barcode until they can. Being able to quickly highlight the barcode, search it, and then take action is the point of making the note in the first place. Right now some staff can use browser extensions like "Allow Copy" in Chrome, but some of our member libraries have stricter security settings on their browsers which don't allow extensions to be installed, so staff at those locations don't have that option - and it would be better if the function were directly available in Leap.
