Allow incremental Claim Count reset
Reset Claim Count is currently all or nothing. We need the ability to reduce the claim count incrementally. This would help in situations where we actually find a bona fide claim return on our shelf for a customer who otherwise has a pattern of making false claims. We want to be able to clear that incident from the claim count without having to reset to zero.

It would be nice to be able to just remove one - Many times it is our error that caused us to put the claims return on - so to take one off would be great

This all or nothing approach is really challenging. It would be nice to be able to set it to a number so if staff need to remove 1 or 2, then can.

This comes up regularly, so just popping in to affirm it is still desired.
