Special Error message for patrons who do not have a Hoopla account
Currently there is only one error message for all eContent errors: no message from overdrive available. This is confusing for when the error is due to the patron not having a Hoopla account.

This makes it very difficult to troubleshoot also when patrons just report the error message they saw rather than the item they were trying to access. Patrons often don't even know what platform a digital item is on, they are only looking for the title.
