An error occurred while saving the comment Grace commentedWould also like to see call number/ availability info from items stored on the Bookshelf without having to click in and out of it. I use the bookshelf feature with my staff card to make lists of items for quick reader's advisory. It would be great if the relevant information was more visible without me having to click back and forth on everything.

An error occurred while saving the comment Grace commentedI have called this particular "feature" a wannabe Wikipedia page. People just want to see what Colleen Hoover is available in the library. It adds more steps to the patron or staff to find what they are looking for, doesn't make for happy patrons.

An error occurred while saving the comment Grace commentedOne of my collection areas is music CDs. I find a patron will come in looking for a specific song most of the time. As a staff member searching the catalog, I feel like it takes way too long to know if the specific CD will have the song on it. If another coworker had not shown me the little trick with the details/"i" under the Edition Information for something else, I would not have known where to look.

Grace, if you can open a Support ticket with the old card and the new card, we can ask if they can manually move the registrations to the old card.
I think Jen's suggestion would also work in your case, where being able to update the barcode would re-link their bookings and registrations.

I will also ask the librarian who took the issue for the patron's information. She came to me, since the calendar is one of my main library duties.
An error occurred while saving the comment Grace commentedI have two patrons who are residents of my township. They use their home library card to sign up for events in other libraries in our cooperative. One of the patrons lost their library card and subsequently their card number. We updated the card number in Leap. However, when the patrons logged into Vega Program to see their upcoming events, everything was missing. Vega Program did not transfer their previously register programs to the new card. The patrons have registered for programs at three different libraries, including the home library. I would like to see availability in the library in my bookmarked items. I have several different lists going, and to see availability without having to click multiple times will be a game changer. In addition, using the back button on the bookmark tab doesn't work very well. It loses the original place I was working from.
