More details are needed in the edition descriptions to provide critical information to assist patrons in selecting or locating a particular title or one that includes the elements that they are interested in having access to. Patrons have been giving us this feedback frequently since launch of this interface.

Public KIOSKs need to be quick access points with no roadblocks. There should be an option to disable this easily within the site management settings- an on off switch. Stored Cookie preferences work on personal computers and not public access computers. There should be an option to disable this easily within the site management settings- an on off switch.

We are a small library in a consortia, and our library does not display in the facets. Libraries should be listed alphabetically rather than by record count for consistency and so that smaller libraries are not buried. Also, current URLs are incomplete and unclear for patrons. It is not easy for them to get to their libraries resources.
Overdue slips should include the cost of items due so that patrons realize how much they will be billed if they do not return the overdue items. With so many libraries now fine free, often it is the overdue notice, or the bill, since they overdue notice does not let them know there will be consequences for not returning an item, that leads to a patron returning items due.
