At Shellharbour City Libraries it is critical for us to have customers choose their own branch as this is the mechanism we use to determine a Digital Library only user vs someone wanting to be a full library member. We were very excited about the development of this new Patron Registration form, but are very disappointed that we cannot use it in its current form. Having a functional online membership form was a key driver in our decision making in purchasing Polaris and the Vega Suite. We hope that this enhancement can be made sooner rather than later, which would support Innovative users and the management of online membership.
