Options 1 & 3: For larger systems with many locations or locations with many associated rooms, this would make workflow on the staff side smoother and easier to manage. It can be overwhelming when everything is selected and being loaded. The current style has a lot of visual "clutter" that is overwhelming.
Our system was forced to adjust dozens of individual roles to be at select locations to make it easier for them to work with the calendar. This caused separate issues and it would be preferable to have the selections modified from the get go.

In general, UI text options for the staff side would be very helpful. Our system updated many terms on the public side to match current language but because there is no way of changing the staff UI text, we get a lot of confusion and emails asking for clarification.

There is a room contact email for each added event and room booking, yet they do not receive notifications? Most people fill in this information thinking they will be notified for signups/public approvals, yet they do not.

Right now when attendees make a booking for an event, the only staff options are "Cancel." For tracking purposes, please add a "No Show" option.

The current filters act counterintuitively to what most users expect. When people use categories in catalogs and other online databases, they expect that filters will narrow down search results rather than broaden them.
