While I appreciate the update allowing an immediate update to the Room Booking Approval Notifications Email (see attachment) it would be far more useful to send emails to the Room Person Email, especially for larger systems. We have 37 locations, so it would make far more sense to email the person listed on the room rather than having to find workarounds.

There is a room contact email for each added event and room booking, yet they do not receive notifications? Most people fill in this information thinking they will be notified for signups/public approvals, yet they do not.
