We've run into this quite a few times since we've started Program. We use Booking Types to distinguish for-profit and non-profit, and it would be better customer service/more efficient if we could just update that booking type when folks choose the wrong one.

It would be really helpful if we could change the UI on the staff side in general. We've changed a lot of the wording on the public side to be more consistent with the wording our patrons are already used to, and it would be helpful to be able to change the staff UI to match.

I just spent more time than I'd like to admit trying to open titles in a showcase and then the showcase itself in a new tab. I know my way of browsing isn't everyone's, but I do know a fair number of people who prefer to open things in a new tab rather than having to open something, hit back, then find your place in the list again.

Many of our patrons are uncomfortable with having their personal information displayed so prominently in the account portal. Having this hidden behind a tab or allowing the option for patrons to remove this info from view in their account would be preferable.
In addition, many of our staff will often use our own accounts to demonstrate different functions on the catalog so we'd prefer not to have our own personal info out there when trying to help a patron learn how to use a feature.
