This item is 3+ years old, but it's an important function and it's disappointing that this still hasn't been implemented. Patrons are upset that they're not able to do something they view as basic.

I know the chances of this happening are slim considering it's been 3 years, but many of our patrons are especially interested in the sorting holds by queue position.

Many of our patrons have reported this as an accessibility issue. Patrons have complained about text being far too small to see and being able to customize would be super helpful.

Patrons are confused about Availability and Locations filters--they believe there's no way to search for items available at specific libraries. I would love to have the option to move locations up near the top of the filter lists, below "Availability" so that patrons can see the filters grouped together.

Customizing the formatting of these announcements/notices would also be key. Right now, ours look terrible with horrible spacing regardless of announcement length.

Many of our patrons are uncomfortable with having their personal information displayed so prominently in the account portal. Having this hidden behind a tab or allowing the option for patrons to remove this info from view in their account would be preferable.
In addition, many of our staff will often use our own accounts to demonstrate different functions on the catalog so we'd prefer not to have our own personal info out there when trying to help a patron learn how to use a feature.

While I appreciate the update allowing an immediate update to the Room Booking Approval Notifications Email (see attachment) it would be far more useful to send emails to the Room Person Email, especially for larger systems. We have 37 locations, so it would make far more sense to email the person listed on the room rather than having to find workarounds.
