As the ILS admin in a medium-sized public system, I rarely hear from or interact directly with patrons. But when the patrons aren't notified to pick up holds or receive a bill in the mail but never received an overdue notice, those issues are escalated directly to me and each case is time-consuming to research. We are not using LX Starter yet for other reasons, but reading through this request and these comments, I can't imagine there would be adequate time to devote to troubleshooting email delivery issues.

Philip McNulty makes an excellent point. I am aiming low with this request, seeking a workaround as opposed to a more comprehensive solution which would require more development effort.

Clarification: I failed to specify this is the PUT method, used for modifying a hold. There are are also GET and DELETE methods of the same /v6/patrons/holds/{holdId} form.

Later this year I will need to create 900-1,000 new location code entries for our Bookmobiles. I could create that CSV file in under 30 minutes; it will take DAYS to enter all those location codes.

Our library depends heavily on stat groups for our circulation statistics and general troubleshooting. We are not currently Vega customers, and without this feature we would not consider migrating to the product.

Despite being a longtime Innovative shop, we only started using Time to Holdshelf recently with the installation of freestanding hold pickup lockers which are located in a remote area of the county. Our Mobile Services department is managing circ for these lockers, checking holds in at the office and then loading the lockers hours later while out on a route with several stops. So the time to holdshelf is of significant duration, currently set at 6 hours.
Long story short, for six hours each weekday, the SDA is displaying premature status information for those holds.

David said it: "This change would improve internationalization, accessibility, and consistency for all users, particularly in multilingual environments."
