    With recent printing issues, this is critical. Either update the JasperSoft or create a default printing system that we can modify the print layout. The default printing templates do not work for our needs.

    Critical need. This is the type of issue that should be considered a bug and addressed immediately. This is not an enhancement request.

    I just noticed that "Additional Courtesy Notice" does not include {{branch_name}} or {{branch_address}} but, "Courtesy Notice" came with and does include these merge tags.

    To be consistent, these two notices should have the same merge tags available to them and I believe, all notices should be consistent.
