    In case this doesn't get voted in, I create template profiles for various job functions then use the copy feature when creating new users.

    Critical need. This is the type of issue that should be considered a bug and addressed immediately. This is not an enhancement request.

    I just noticed that "Additional Courtesy Notice" does not include {{branch_name}} or {{branch_address}} but, "Courtesy Notice" came with and does include these merge tags.

    To be consistent, these two notices should have the same merge tags available to them and I believe, all notices should be consistent.
