library_name, library_address, branch_name & branch_address available in all Notices
I was informed by support that the new Fines, Bills & Fines, and Manual Fines available in the Sierra version of LX Starter do not allow the use of the merge tags "libraryname, libraryaddress, branchname and branchaddress." There might be other merge tags also not available in these notices. Support said, "the new notice types differ from the original ones in that they do not support the libraryname and libraryaddress merge tags. The product team decided to change the merge tag design when implementing the new notice types. This is an intentional design decision and not a bug."
This takes away our ability to have a common Footer across all notices as has been the case with our previous notices. I do not understand why this decision was implemented for new notices.
I believe that all common merge tags, such as library name, should be available to all notices.

I just noticed that "Additional Courtesy Notice" does not include {{branch_name}} or {{branch_address}} but, "Courtesy Notice" came with and does include these merge tags.
To be consistent, these two notices should have the same merge tags available to them and I believe, all notices should be consistent.

The inclusion of these merge tags is not merely an enhancement but a necessity for the feature to be considered complete and functional. Please also see and support the need for other missing merge tags.
