    I was going add the idea to have the ability to label exceptions... Holiday Observance, Staff Training, etc. This idea and comments are great, so I voted and thought I'd just add my suggestion to this one.

    As a workaround, you can create a custom question template to collect the grades of attendees or confirm they are in a specific grade.
