I'm not sure if this comment is in the same vein, but we also have had complaints about the difficulty in locating, for example, a particular translation of a title, which got rolled up into one listing with all the other translations. It isn't clear how to limit to an author (the "Persons" facet has a confusing interface) and even once you apply a limiter, you can't find the particular edition in the editions list. For example, search for the Robert Fitzgerald translation of the Odyssey and try to figure out which item to request.

Having locations sorted by record count is causing confusion for staff and patrons. Our library is not showing up in an obvious way in the list of libraries with copies of an item, and it would be so helpful if 3 changes were made: sort the library list alphabetically, enable the patron's home library to load at the top of their list, and when in the library, allow the IP address to push our library to the top.
