Please comment on the following options for a Site Level Showcase Management feature:
What is the Problem we're solving and why?
Vega Consortia Libraries and Multi-Library Organizations would like to be able to manage showcase admin access by site. Site Level Showcase Admin Users should be able to quickly filter available showcases to those created in their Collection Site as well as retain view and use access to all showcases created by librarians in their organization.
Job Stories:
- As a Site Admin, I can assign Showcase Creators and Admins for specific sites, that are limited to creating and editing showcases in a particular site(s).
- As a Site Admin or Content Admin User, I can use the Home Page tools to filter, view, search, and find showcases that were made in the current Collection Site I am editing the Home Page display for.
- As a Site Level Showcase Creator or Admin,…

To be able to export the Showcases in an xml or json format would be a good way to be able to share Showcases to others.

We would like to propose for a new feature to be developed that our librarians can use to publish book tips directly on our Vega Discover homepage.
Ideally, on the homepage a title image can be displayed with a short, descriptive blurb written by the librarian and clicking it would lead to the actual a dedicated Book Tips page where the full entry is displayed, as well as earlier entries. The destination page itself can either be fully integrated part of into Vega Discover itself or link out to an a customizable external website URL (the URL should in that case be customisable).
We believe this feature would be a useful addition to existing Showcases in highlighting certain titles and that having it integrated into Vega Discover would increase its potential as a tool to encourage reading.

Now the holdshelf information is present in Sierra from version 6.5, this idea should be easier to fix. It is very important to us "IMMS-libraries", right now patrons have to keep track of their mails or "bother" staff (who are not always present in all libraries).
